ASH Hotels in Venice Beach, CA, opening Fall 2026, seeks a Room Attendant to keep guest rooms spotless and ready for arrival. You will clean, restock, and report maintenance while upholding high hospitality standards.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and reliable, able to work independently yet collaboratively with the team. This on-site role offers competitive hourly wages and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred; hotel experience a plus.
• Ability to follow detailed cleaning checklists and brand standards.
• Physical stamina for fast-paced, hands-on role and lifting up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms according to brand standards; make beds, dust, vacuum, sanitize bathrooms.
• Restock amenities, linens, and supplies to PAR levels including mini bar items.
• Inspect rooms for damage and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Operate cleaning equipment and follow SDS and Cal/OSHA safety guidelines.
• Maintain housekeeping carts and respond to guest requests for extras.
• Follow protocols for lost and found items and communicate with guests warmly.
