Job summary

Sofitel Beverly Hills is seeking a Housekeeping Room Attendant to uphold high cleanliness and guest service standards. You will clean rooms, change linens, replenish amenities, and ensure rooms are maintained to Accor guidelines.

Primary duties include room service, proper use of housekeeping devices, safety, and attention to detail. The role requires a caring attitude, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment.

• Stand and walk for long periods

• Recognize when a room should not be sold due to damage, smell, or maintenance issues

Responsibilities

• Service all rooms assigned on device
• Change linen as needed while respecting the conservation card program
• Provide rooms with trash removal, linen changes, and replenishments
• Clean and disinfect bathroom areas and surfaces
• Tidy occupied rooms and manage guest items as needed
• Ensure linen and terry are stain-free and intact
• Transport dirty linen to the closet
• Use correct chemicals for respective areas
• Ensure room entry door remains closed and outlets work
• Verify electronics and call security if needed
• Return phones and keys and report missing items
• Greet guests by name and maintain grooming standards
• Other duties as assigned
