Job summary

Everhome Suites Glendale in the Glendale Sports and Entertainment District is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to maintain guest rooms, restrooms, and public areas to high standards. Responsibilities include bed making, laundry, ironing, and general cleaning as assigned.

The ideal candidate is a team player with excellent organizational and communication skills, familiar with cleaning products and techniques, and able to respond to guest inquiries promptly.

Qualifications

• Graduated high school or equivalent
• At least 1 year of professional housekeeping experience
• Must be a cleaning enthusiast and highly organized
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Experience with a variety of cleaning products and techniques
• Respond to guest inquiries
• Make beds, do laundry, stock supplies, and keep rooms and public areas spotless

Responsibilities

• Respond to general inquiries from guests
• Document rooms cleaned, and report lost and found items and any damage or repairs needed
• Make beds, strip sheets, stock rooms with toiletries, do laundry, vacuum, mop, and perform other cleaning duties as needed
• Manage the cleanliness of common spaces such as hallways, public restrooms, and hotel lobby
• Ensure guest rooms are clean and tidy according to hotel standards before guests arrive
• Impeccable work ethic and excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Experience with a variety of cleaning products and techniques
