OTH Hotels Resorts is seeking a Room Attendant to clean and prepare guest rooms, ensuring hygiene and high presentation standards. The role requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25–50 lbs; shifts may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet hotel needs.

Responsibilities include making beds, cleaning bathrooms, restocking supplies, and assisting with guest requests while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Travel: None.
• Physical: Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 25–50 lbs.
• Skills: Detail-oriented, time management, customer service, teamwork, and ability to work weekends/holidays.

Responsabilités

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards.
• Make beds, vacuum, dust, and sanitize room areas.
• Clean bathrooms and restock supplies as needed.
• Restock minibar items and in-room amenities.
• Report maintenance issues promptly.
• Respond to guest requests with courtesy and professionalism.
• Maintain cleanliness of hallways and housekeeping areas.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
