Responsibilities

• Change bed linens and replace towels and amenities.
• Dust and polish furniture, walls, and fixtures.
• Notify managers about repairs needed in guest rooms.
• Handle lost and found items per policy.
• Follow MSDS and OSHA safety guidelines during cleaning.
• Assist with house person and lobby duties when needed.
• Support overall guest satisfaction and departmental goals.
