Responsibilities

• Clean and service rooms according to Sonesta standards including beds, dusting, vacuuming, disinfecting, and trash removal.
• Restock guest supplies and linen for housekeeping shift.
• Notify supervisor of missing items or damages.
• Report room status through hotel system and complete assigned paperwork.
• Attend departmental pre-shift meetings and adhere to procedures.
