Job summary

Advenire in St. George, Vermont, seeks a Room Attendant to maintain clean, welcoming guest rooms in accordance with hotel standards. You will make beds, change linens, dust, vacuum, replenish amenities, and ensure bathrooms are spotless and stocked.

You will also help with kitchen areas when needed, report maintenance issues, follow safety protocols, assist other departments, and provide courteous guest service while protecting privacy and adhering to SDS guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel environment is highly desired.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to follow job duties.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards (beds, linens, towels).
• Dust, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces; replenish amenities.
• Ensure bathrooms are cleaned, sanitized, and stocked with supplies.
• Assist with kitchen areas when applicable and report maintenance issues.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE as outlined on SDS.
• Provide courteous service to guests and colleagues; maintain room status information.
