Job summary

Aspen One is seeking a Room Attendant to clean guest rooms, change linens, and prepare bathrooms in accordance with our standards. You will report to the Director of Housekeeping and support a friendly guest experience at our Mammoth Lakes location.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma (or equivalent) and prior cleaning experience, with ability to work with cleaning chemicals safely and communicate in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous cleaning experience preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of housekeeping policies and cleaning procedures.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards when handling chemicals.
• Ability to communicate in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms per hotel procedures.
• Leave rooms with uniform arrangement as directed by housekeeping leadership.
• Communicate with guests to resolve issues and collect accurate information.
• Restock linens and amenities according to room legend.
• Report status of rooms cleaned to supervisor.
• Report any damage or safety hazards to a supervisor.
• Maintain clean corridors and service areas.
