Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or related role is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and manage housekeeping carts and tasks.
• Strong communication skills for guest interactions and team coordination.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Room cleaning of guest rooms to established standards (dusting, vacuuming, linens, beds).
• Bathroom cleaning and sanitization of fixtures and surfaces.
• Dusting and wiping furniture and surfaces in rooms and public areas.
• Restocking toiletries, towels, and linens in rooms.
• Emptying trash and replacing liners in rooms and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in rooms and corridors.
• Identify and report maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
• Monitor and handle lost and found items and report to supervisor.
• Interact with guests professionally and respond to requests and inquiries.
• Respect guest privacy and follow security procedures.
