HHM Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant to clean and maintain guest rooms to established standards, greet guests with charm, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment. You will handle bed linens, amenities, and report repairs promptly.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience or equivalent training required.
• Ability to understand and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly greeting.
• Clean guest rooms to standards within allotted time.
• Change beds, replace towels and amenities.
• Dust and polish furniture, walls and fixtures.
• Notify managers about repair needs in rooms.
• Handle lost and found items per policy.
• Practice safety and wear PPE; follow MSDS/OSHA.
• Perform house person and lobby duties when needed.
• Help improve guest satisfaction scores.
