Highgate Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant at Courtyard Lewisville in Lewisville, TX. The role involves maintaining clean guestrooms and delivering courteous, efficient service to guests in a on-site setting.

Responsibilities include cleaning procedures, stocking carts, reporting maintenance issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Candidates should have a high school diploma, be able to lift 50 pounds, stand throughout shifts, and communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and 20 pounds frequently.
• Ability to stand during entire shift.
• Effective verbal and written communication with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards.
• Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including guest supplies and linen for housekeeping cart setup.
• Remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways.
• Keep all hallways, public areas and closets clean, neat and vacuumed
• Restock housekeeping cleaning cart for next day's use.
• Replenish chemical bottles.
• Report all missing items from room to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Report any maintenance repairs immediately to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Handle items for Lost and Found according to the standards.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
