Concord is hiring Room Attendants (Housekeepers) to deliver clean, welcoming spaces that contribute to a great guest experience. You will clean rooms to brand standards, restock amenities, and ensure safety and organization.

We value attention to detail, teamwork, and reliable, safety-conscious performance. Weekend and holiday availability is required. Starting pay is $13.00 USD per hour, with benefits for full-time associates.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and remain active throughout shift.
• Reliable, organized, and safety-focused.
• Basic communication and guest service skills.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms to brand and productivity standards.
• Perform full cleaning (beds, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, restocking amenities).
• Inspect rooms for quality and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked linen cart and workspace.
• Update room status and complete required reports.
• Follow key control, safety, and lost-and-found procedures.
• Respond to guest needs and support team operations as needed.
