Job summary

Bryan Properties Group in Springfield, MO is seeking a full-time hotel housekeeping associate to maintain guest rooms to high standards.

Typical shifts 9am–3pm, weekends required; you will strip, clean, sanitize, restock, deliver items, handle guest belongings securely, and report maintenance issues.

Engage guests, stay informed about hotel facilities, follow safety policies, and uphold a professional appearance. Hilton Team Member rates available.

Responsibilities

• Strip, clean, sanitize, and restock guest rooms and bathrooms
• Deliver any requested housekeeping items to guest rooms in a timely manner
• Be accountable for the guests' belongings left in the rooms. Any found items must be turned in immediately to your supervisor or manager on duty
• Ensure confidentiality and security of guest rooms
• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures
• Maintain professional appearance and wear clean uniform
• Keep housekeeping supply cart clean, organized and stocked
• Deliver personalized, memorable guest experiences
• Actively engage guests while being pleasant
• Be knowledgeable of all hotel facilities and local area entertainment / dining
• Prompt reporting of maintenance issues
• Perform other duties as required within the scope of responsibility
