The role emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and with colleagues, with flexibility in hours to meet hotel needs and guest expectations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and respond to queries.
• Change bed linen and make beds.
• Replace used towels and bathroom amenities.
• Sweep and mop floors.
• Vacuum carpets.
• Dust and polish furniture.
• Empty trash containers.
• Clean public areas such as corridors.
• Report any technical issues and maintenance needs.
• Update status of guest rooms to Supervisors or Managers.
• Return and restock cleaning supplies at shift end.
