This role ensures guest rooms and suites are cleaned, sanitized, stocked, and maintained in accordance with IHG brand standards and StepStone Hospitality policies, creating a welcoming, comfortable environment for guests.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and quality.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms and suites to standards.
• Change bed linens, sanitize bathrooms, dust, vacuum, and replenish amenities.
• Inspect for stains or maintenance needs and report concerns.
• Maintain carts, supplies, and equipment and assist with shifts as needed.
