Courtyard by Marriott Downtown Eugene is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to create a spotless, welcoming environment for guests. You will clean guest rooms and public areas to brand standards, restock supplies, and greet guests.

This role requires attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and a flexible schedule including weekends. Some experience in hospitality preferred; training provided, with potential cross-training in laundry or porter duties.

Qualifications

• 1 year of hospitality, housekeeping, or facility cleaning experience preferred.
• High standards for cleanliness and noticing fine dust, dirt, or small details.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Calm under pressure, adaptable, and problem-solver.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and seasonal shifts.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean assigned guest rooms and common spaces with high attention to detail, fixing any flagged items quickly.
• Safely mix, dilute, and use cleaning solutions and sanitizers according to instructions.
• Organize and restock your housekeeping cart and floor storage closets to efficiently manage your shift across multi-floor layouts.
• Greet guests warmly in hallways and provide extra linens, towels, or other requested items promptly.
• Inspect rooms for repairs and log any items left behind following our lost-and-found policy.
• Complete shift checklists, notify supervisors when rooms are ready, practice safety-first habits, and cross-train in laundry or porter duties as needed.
