Home2 Suites by Hilton Eugene is seeking a Room Attendant to manage the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department in Eugene, Oregon. You will communicate with guests and staff to efficiently service guest rooms, ensuring standards are met and customer satisfaction remains high.

The role emphasizes teamwork among housekeeping staff and the ability to perform daily tasks effectively, contributing to a welcoming hotel environment and smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned rooms or areas according to established standards and procedures.
• Clean and arrange guest rooms to hotel standards for guest arrival.
• Clean and maintain common areas of the hotel.
• Perform laundry duties as necessary.
• Stock and maintain housekeeping supply rooms.
• Ensure a high level of customer service is performed at all times.
• Assist guests with requests and questions as necessary.
• Report any damages or repairs needed to management.
• Report all lost and found items to the Housekeeping Manager.
