Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, front-facing, or other guest-related roles.
- Hospitality experience as a room attendant preferred.
- Experience cleaning in a customer-focused environment.
- Minimum high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Greeting guests and responding to requests
- Maintain a healthy and safe environment in guest rooms
- Changing bed linen and making beds
- Replacing used towels and other bathroom amenities
- Sweeping and mopping floors
- Vacuuming carpets
- Dusting and polishing furniture
- Emptying trash containers
- Cleaning public areas, such as corridors
- Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs
- Updating status of guest rooms on assignment board
- Restocking cleaning cart and/or supplies
- Follow all health and safety rules
- Attends meetings as required
