MKM Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain clean guest rooms, hallways, and public areas in the assigned property. The role includes servicing guest rooms daily, stocking supplies, and replacing bed linens while following hotel standards and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hotel experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and guest communication.
• Ability to convey information clearly and handle high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Approach all guest and employee encounters with a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
• Maintain regular attendance per hotel scheduling.
• Keep uniforms and grooming to standard brand requirements.
• Comply with company standards and safety procedures.
• Clean and restock guest rooms per shift; complete pre-cleaning duties.
• Remove trash and dirty linen; assist with deep cleaning as needed.
