Job summary

InnVentures, overseeing a portfolio of hotels, seeks a dedicated Housekeeper for Residence Inn Spokane Valley to uphold brand standards and create a home-like experience for guests. You will perform room cleaning and linen changes, ensuring bathrooms are spotless and supplies are stocked.

Responsibilities include guest interaction, multiple-room cleaning daily, and coordinating with maintenance. Full-time on-site role with benefits and a collaborative hotel team.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning, janitorial or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift, lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Weekend and holidays availability.

Responsibilities

• Wipe all surfaces, dust and vacuum each guest room adhering to our brand standards.
• Change linens, make beds and restock all guest room supplies.
• Clean bathrooms, remove trash and carry out green practices as trained by the hotel.
• Greet and assist guests that you encounter during your shift with a friendly smile.
• Clean multiple rooms each day.
• Support our maintenance team by reporting any broken, defective or missing items.
• Support the goals of the hotel through teamwork and collaboration with all departments.
