Job summary

Residence Inn Spokane Valley is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to help us create a home-away-from-home for guests. You will wipe surfaces, change linens, clean bathrooms and restock supplies while adhering to brand standards and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning, janitorial or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills required.
• Continuous movement required; ability to bend, lift, push, pull, carry up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Wipe surfaces, dust and vacuum guest rooms according to brand standards.
• Change linens, make beds and restock guest room supplies.
• Clean bathrooms, remove trash and follow green practices.
• Greet and assist guests with a friendly smile.
• Clean multiple rooms daily.
• Support maintenance by reporting broken or missing items.
• Support hotel goals through teamwork with all departments.
