Concord Hospitality Enterprises is hiring a Room Attendant to maintain clean, welcoming guest spaces in our Pittsburgh properties. You’ll work to brand standards, restock amenities, and support the guest experience daily.

We seek reliable team players with attention to detail and the physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Weekend and holiday shifts are required; full-time benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), tuition assistance, and room-rate discounts.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and remain active throughout shift.
• Reliable, organized, and safety-focused.
• Basic communication and guest service skills.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms to brand and productivity standards.
• Perform full cleaning (beds, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, restocking amenities).
• Inspect rooms for quality and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked linen cart and workspace.
• Update room status and complete required reports.
• Follow key control, safety, and lost-and-found procedures.
• Respond to guest needs and support team operations as needed.
