Concord in Pittsburgh, PA is hiring Room Attendants (Housekeepers) to deliver clean, comfortable spaces that make every stay welcoming. You will clean and service assigned guest rooms to brand standards and maintain a tidy work area and linen cart.

Ideal candidates have attention to detail, strong time management and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. You must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and be available to work weekends and holidays; prior housekeeping or hospitality

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stay active throughout shift.
• Reliable, organized and safety-focused.
• Basic communication and guest service skills.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms to brand and productivity standards.
• Perform full cleaning (beds, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, restocking amenities).
• Inspect rooms for quality and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized linen cart and workspace.
• Update room status and complete required reports.
• Follow key control, safety, and lost-and-found procedures.
• Respond to guest needs and support team operations as needed.
