Job summary

Kernersville's TownePlace Suites is seeking a Guest Room Attendant to maintain a fresh, welcoming environment by cleaning guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces according to Opal’s standards.

You will follow brand training, work flexible shifts including nights and weekends, perform routine and deep cleaning, and help ensure safety and teamwork in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma is required.
• At least 1 year of hospitality experience preferred.
• Willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must wear uniform and maintain personal cleanliness.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with moving items.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms thoroughly and efficiently according to standards.
• Deep clean guestrooms and public areas as assigned.
• Replenish supplies and amenities to meet brand standards.
• Ensure guest requests are attended to and maintain safety procedures.
• Help maintain inventory and log lost and found items.
