Job summary

Opal in Greenville, NC is seeking a dedicated Guest Room Attendant to thoroughly clean guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces in line with Opal’s training and standards, ensuring spaces are fresh, welcoming, and safe for guests.

You will handle supplies, respond to guest requests, assist with maintenance reports, and follow safety procedures, working as part of a team to maintain brand quality and service, including nights, weekends, and holidays if required.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma
• 1 year experience in the hospitality industry
• Willing to work flexible hours
• Flexible attitude to shifts, including nights, weekends and/or holidays
• Must wear appropriate uniform and maintain personal cleanliness
• Strength – with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and public areas thoroughly per standards
• Assist guests with requests and directions
• Log lost and found items and report repairs
• Open and close rooms for maintenance as required
• Follow safety procedures and wear required protective gear
