Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Guest Room Attendant at the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Berkeley Marina to ensure guests enjoy a clean and comfortable stay. You will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests to uphold outstanding service and hotel standards.

Responsibilities include changing linens, stocking amenities, performing deep cleans when required, and assisting with turn-down service to enhance guest experience.

Qualifications

• Clean guest rooms to hotel standards, including beds, bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming.
• Respond to guest requests with friendly, professional service.
• Maintain cleanliness and stockrooms as required.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms as assigned, including beds, bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming.
• Change and replenish bed linens, towels, and guest amenities.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed.
• Stock, maintain, and transport housekeeping supply cart daily.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables.
• Respond to special guest requests promptly.
• Perform guest turn down service as needed.
