Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms per hotel brand standard, including beds, bathrooms, floors, windows, furniture and draperies.
• Stock, maintain, organize and transport housekeeping supply cart daily.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables in guest rooms, corridors, stairways and hallways.
• Provide guest assistance, directions and information as needed.
• Report guest issues promptly to ensure outstanding service.
• Alert Maintenance to any problems (TV, AC, detectors, etc.).
• Respond to special guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Maintain security of assigned keys and equipment.
• Use supplies carefully and perform any supervisor-approved special tasks.
