Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a dedicated housekeeper for Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa. Join a team focused on guest comfort, cleanliness, and safety, where attention to detail meets guest satisfaction.

You will help maintain guest rooms, assist with amenities, and contribute to a welcoming environment. As experience grows, opportunities to advance to supervisory or managerial roles such as Housekeeping Supervisor or Executive Housekeeper may arise in a dynamic hospitality group

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience desirable.
• Neat, pleasant personality.
• Time management skills.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to read room numbers, dates, and basic instructions.
• Ability to move and position self to reach corners and handle equipment up to 100 lbs.
• Lift, carry and position loads of at least 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well.
• Work as a team to accomplish the goal of resort/hotel cleanliness.
• Keep work cart orderly and properly stocked.
• Proper utilization of equipment supplies and guest amenities.
• Thorough cleanliness and sanitation of assigned guest areas.
• Daily changing and inspection of linens and towels, following Green Program standards.
• Practice safety standards and report hazards promptly.
• Respect for guests’ property and care of equipment.
• Report to work on time and maintain accurate time records.
• Remain alert, courteous, and helpful to guests and co-workers.
