Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 0–1 year housekeeping, cleaning, hospitality, or related experience preferred.
• Ability to follow cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and brand standards.
• Strong time-management and guest service skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel brand standards.
• Make beds and replace linens, towels, and amenities.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and keep rooms clean and organized.
• Sanitize bathrooms and ensure rooms are guest-ready.
• Respond to guest requests for towels, amenities, or supplies.
• Report maintenance concerns to the appropriate department.
• Ensure safe handling of cleaning products and equipment.
• Assist with laundry duties as needed.
• Collaborate with front desk and maintenance to support daily operations.
