You will prepare fresh rooms, replace linens, restock amenities, and assist guests with requests to ensure a positive first impression.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 0–1 year of housekeeping or related experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Ability to follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Good time-management and communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms to brand standards.
• Make beds and replace linens.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and maintain clean rooms.
• Sanitize bathrooms (toilets, sinks, showers, mirrors, floors).
• Restock toiletries and guest amenities.
• Ensure rooms are stocked and ready for arriving guests.
• Clean and maintain lobby and common areas.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for towels, pillows, and supplies.
• Report maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and security procedures.
• Assist with laundry duties as needed.
• Collaborate with front desk, maintenance, and housekeeping teams.
