Job summary

Quality Inn Payson, Utah is seeking a Guest Room Attendant who takes pride in creating clean, welcoming spaces and delivering a great first impression for every guest. As part of Western States Lodging & Management, you will clean guest rooms and public areas to brand standards, restock supplies, and respond courteously to guest requests to ensure an exceptional stay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 0–1 year of housekeeping, cleaning or related hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms according to brand standards.
• Make beds and replace linens and towels.
• Dust furniture, vacuum, mop, and maintain clean rooms.
• Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, mirrors, and floors.
• Replenish toiletries, towels, coffee supplies, cups, and amenities.
• Ensure guest rooms are properly stocked and ready for arriving guests.
• Clean and maintain guest-accessible areas, including lobby and hallways.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for towels, pillows, and amenities.
• Report maintenance concerns to the appropriate department.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and security procedures.
