Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping/cleaning experience and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and suites according to cleanliness standards.
• Ensure linens, towels, and toiletries are stocked and refreshed; report deficiencies.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed (carpets, floors, bathrooms).
• Greet guests courteously while respecting privacy.
• Assist guests with requests to enhance their stay experience.
• Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate room status and guest preferences to relevant staff.
• Follow safety, health, and environmental regulations.
