Job summary

Peregrine Hospitality is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms and public areas, ensuring guest satisfaction with a clean, welcoming environment. You will replace linens, restock supplies, and report maintenance issues.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced hotel setting. Training will be provided; flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to hotel standards.
• Replace linens and towels, make beds, and restock supplies such as soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and beverages.
• Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, clean windows, and ensure surfaces are spotless and sanitary.
• Remove trash and recyclables from rooms and dispose of them properly.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost-and-found items.
• Follow health and safety regulations and infection control policies.
• Handle guest requests or concerns promptly and escalate when necessary.
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and according to training.
• Maintain daily room quotas efficiently and thoroughly.
• Keep housekeeping carts and equipment clean and in good condition.
