The role supports a fast-paced hospitality team with opportunities for both full-time and part-time schedules, offering a flexible program and a strong emphasis on guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping management or similar roles within hotel or hospitality preferred.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and custodial practices advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and friendly demeanor with guests.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift moderate weights.

Responsibilities

• Perform housekeeping management tasks to ensure guest areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Conduct industrial cleaning of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
• Execute custodial duties such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Carry out floor care responsibilities including sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing floors.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns regarding cleanliness or maintenance issues.
• Collaborate with other team members to uphold high hospitality standards.
• Report any maintenance needs or safety hazards to management immediately.
