Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 25–30 pounds.
• Professional demeanor and clear communication.
• Clean uniform and appearance required.

Responsibilities

• Clean, dust, polish, and vacuum to meet hotel standards.
• Change linens, make beds, and leave the bathroom sparkling.
• Restock all guest room supplies, like soap and shampoo.
• Organize linen closet and cart, prep for next shift.
• Remove trash and dirty linens.
• Greet guests with a friendly smile during shifts.
• Ensure rooms are cared for and inspected per standards.
• Protect equipment and report any issues.
• Adhere to health and safety rules and company practices.
• Work with little supervision and maintain performance.
• Be customer-oriented and friendly; manage time well.
