Prospera Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeping Room Attendant to maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas. You will help create a welcoming guest experience by meeting brand cleanliness standards and responding to guest needs with professionalism.

The role emphasizes independent time management, teamwork, and a proactive attitude to ensure rooms are spotless and inviting, with a focus on safety and guest confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in cleanliness.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25–30 lbs throughout the shift.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms daily, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
• Replenish guest room supplies such as toiletries, towels, and amenities.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness, maintenance issues, and safety concerns; report any issues promptly.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and brand standards consistently.
• Handle guest requests and interactions in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Maintain housekeeping carts and ensure supplies are stocked and organized.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures.
• Protect guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Assist with laundry or public area cleaning as needed.
