Job summary

Rocky Gap Casino Resort in Maryland is seeking a detail-oriented hotel housekeeper to maintain an exceptional level of cleanliness in guest rooms. You will vacuum, dust, scrub bathrooms, replace linens, and ensure restocked amenities, while keeping corridors and common areas orderly.

Strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting are essential. A high school diploma is preferred, with prior housekeeping experience welcomed; background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication skills, be polite, and present a neat appearance at all times.
• The ability to work with others as a team in an efficient manner.
• Must be able to pass background checks and obtain work cards as required.

Responsibilities

• Vacuums, sweeps, scrubs, mops, and cleans guest room floors.
• Dusts and cleans furniture, fixtures, and fixtures.
• Replaces linens and replenishes amenities in guest rooms.
• Reports maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety in assigned areas.
