Job summary

El Capitan Canyon Resort in Goleta, CA is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain cleanliness of cabins, yurts and public areas and ensure guest satisfaction. You will work with the housekeeping team to anticipate and resolve issues.

The role requires weekend work and some holidays; prior hospitality experience is preferred, with training provided. The position offers hourly pay and benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, a 401k plan, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Some work experience in related field preferred.
• Some hospitality experience preferred. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest accommodations and common areas as assigned, including beds, bathrooms, dusting, sweeping and mopping.
• Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities as needed.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed.
• Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart daily.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables.
• Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• Other duties as assigned.
