Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a detail-oriented Guest Room Attendant to help maintain the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms. You will respond to guest requests and ensure rooms are prepared to the highest standards in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities include cleaning rooms, replenishing supplies, and performing turn-down services as needed, while upholding brand standards and providing outstanding guest service.

Responsibilities

As a Guest Room Attendant, you would be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
