Responsibilities

• Return occupied rooms to clean status within target times.
• Maintain grooming and uniform standards.
• Follow cleaning procedures per training checklist.
• Report discrepancies to supervisor.
• Keep breakrooms, restrooms, public areas clean and orderly.
• Respond promptly to guest requests.
• Understand emergency procedures and guest safety.
• Assist with other hotel areas as needed.
• Work with team to maintain overall hotel cleanliness.
