Qualifications

• Love for culinary experiences and passion for Japanese cuisine.
• Natural team player capable of working in a large team.
• Friendly, customer-oriented, able to create memorable dining experiences.
• Experience as a Host or similar role in hospitality mentioned.
• Familiarity with SevenRooms or similar reservation systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations via phone, email, and online booking platforms (SevenRooms).
• Handle large party and special event inquiries with management and events team.
• Communicate special requests, dietary restrictions, and guest preferences to relevant teams.
• Maintain organized system for reservations, waitlists, and cancellations.
• Assist in creating guest profiles for VIP guests.
• Provide information about Zuma’s menu, dining options, and promotions to guests.
• Collaborate with reception and FOH teams for seamless guest information flow.
