Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Reservations Agent for the Pullman Miami Airport property. You will handle guest calls, create reservations, and communicate guest needs across departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

The role requires hotel experience, bilingual English/Spanish abilities, and flexibility including weekends and holidays. Opera Cloud experience is a plus, and a fast-paced environment is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel experience is required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Experience with Opera Cloud is a plus.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and greet guests from around the world in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Make guest reservations for all resort accommodations.
• Ensure accuracy of reservations and communicate guest requests to appropriate departments.
• Promote revenue optimization concepts to maximize resort revenue.
• Utilize reservations software to complete bookings in a timely, independent manner.
• Generate and audit daily reservations reports to ensure accuracy and preparedness.
• Upsell resort amenities and promotions to enhance guest experience and ancillary revenue goals.
• Handle guest situations professionally and resolve issues to guest satisfaction.
