Resurrection Medical Center seeks a Guest Relations Lead to oversee a team ensuring smooth guest relations operations within the Security Department at 7435 W Talcott Ave, Chicago, IL. You will greet staff and visitors professionally and support department performance improvement initiatives.

The role requires previous receptionist or healthcare-related customer service experience, strong communication skills, and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

High School Graduate or equivalent.
Previous receptionist or customer service experience, ideally in a healthcare setting.
Lead or supervision experience
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Extreme attention to detail.
Expertise in Microsoft Office.
Bi-lingual, preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee a team of guests relations employees to ensure smooth operations in the Security Department.
Resolve challenges and align team efforts with hospital protocols.
Perform administrative assistant and clerical duties in the Security Department.
Greet staff and guests at the Facility with professionalism and kindness.
Participate in the department’s performance improvement activities.
Understand and follow the organization’s policies, procedures and behavior standards.
