Our team is expanding to support our growing portfolio. The Guest Relations Coordinator serves as a key first point of contact for guests visiting Far Niente Wine Estates and plays an important role in delivering a warm, polished and seamless arrival experience. This is a hybrid hospitality position designed to flex across Far Niente, Nickel & Nickel and Bella Union based on business and staffing needs. The primary responsibility of the role is greeting and welcoming arriving guests, supporting the flow of daily appointments and ensuring each guest receives a thoughtful and elevated introduction to the estate. The secondary responsibility is providing inbound phone and guest communication support, helping ensure calls are answered promptly and guests receive knowledgeable, responsive assistance.
