Job summary

Far Niente Wine Estates is seeking a Guest Relations Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm, polished arrival experience across Far Niente, Nickel & Nickel, and Bella Union.

The role involves greeting arrivals, managing reservations, handling inbound calls, and providing seamless guest service. Flexibility for non-traditional hours and a hospitality-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a similar role.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift to 30 lbs.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in guests arriving on property and communicate arrivals to the hospitality team.
• Maintain awareness of the daily reservation schedule, including VIPs and special occasions.
• Provide inbound phone coverage and assist guests with general questions.
• Support Hospitality and Reservations teams during peak periods and staff gaps.
• Provide flexible support across Far Niente, Nickel & Nickel, and Bella Union as needed.
• Ensure spaces are clean, organized, and guest-ready; work non-traditional hours including weekends and some evenings.
