Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Healthcare exposure or patient/public contact experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and serve as information resource, answering questions and providing directions.
• Transport patients and family members to destinations in the hospital by wheelchair.
• Demonstrate a concierge level customer service attitude and uphold hospital mission and values.

Hours are 40 hrs/wk various days/shifts within operating hours:
Hours of Operation are:
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Saturday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Sunday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Job Summary:
Sets the tone for an exceptional experience by welcoming all guests to our organization in a friendly, helpful manner. Serves as an information resource by answering questions, providing accurate up-to-date information and giving directions to areas within the hospital and any adjoining medical facilities. Responsible for being a culture champion by embracing and demonstrating the mission and vision of the organization. Requires a concierge level customer service attitude.

Must have:

• Ability to provide wheelchair assistance for individuals of various sizes is essential
• Customer Service experience
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Previous concierge level customer service experience preferred.
• Previous healthcare experience involving patient/public contact preferred.
