Job summary

Sandpiper Property Management, LLC (SPM) is seeking a full-time Housekeeper in Lakeland, FL to maintain clean, well-presented guest spaces in accordance with our standards.

This role is physical and hands-on, covering guestrooms, lobby, corridors, and laundry, with emphasis on safety and guest satisfaction. The successful applicant will greet guests warmly and uphold our cleanliness champion motto: Bring the Energy.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or similar settings.
• Ability to follow standards and procedures with attention to detail.
• Must be physically capable of performing cleaning tasks and lifting supplies.

Responsibilities

• Area Cleaning: Clean guest rooms, lobby, corridors, elevators, laundry facility, and stairways per standards and time frames.
• Replenish supplies: bathroom necessities, glasses, linen, and terry in guest rooms and restrooms.
• Waste management: transport trash and waste to disposal areas hygienically.
• Equipment maintenance: stock, organize, and maintain housekeeping carts and equipment.
• Guest interaction: greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming presence.
• Safety & security: strictly follow safety and security policies to protect people and property.
• Chemical handling: use chemicals and tools safely to prevent injuries and waste.
• House laundry: sort, wash, dry, fold, and store company linen.
• Facility maintenance: assist in cleaning and organizing laundry areas.
