Job summary

VENU+ is seeking energetic team members for our guest-focused venues. You’ll greet guests, deliver exceptional service, and operate a camera to capture high-quality photos while guiding guests to purchase images.

Build strong relationships, handle POS transactions, keep the workspace tidy, and stay updated on promotions. Flexible schedules including weekends and cross-training as Cashier or Photographer are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Guest-focused service with a positive attitude.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Strong communication, math, and time management.
• Willing to cross-train as Cashier or Photographer.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests with a smile.
• Work in fast-paced environment, handle inquiries, resolve issues.
• Operate a camera and capture photos, ensure good lighting and angles.
• Maintain a clean workspace and report equipment issues promptly.
• Operate a POS, manage cash and receipts, process returns.
• Cross-sell and upsell products while meeting sales goals.
• Stay updated on promotions and product information.
