Furnished Quarters in Charlestown, MA, is seeking a Guest Operations Specialist to uphold cleanliness and appearance standards across multiple apartment sites. You will inspect units, test equipment, and ensure design standards are met, collaborating with housekeeping vendors and maintenance teams.

We're looking for a highly detailed, service-oriented Guest Operations Specialist to uphold Furnished Quarters' cleanliness and appearance standards in our apartments. This role is essential in creating perfect living environments for our guests by conducting thorough inspections, testing equipment functionality, and ensuring all units meet our exacting design standards. You'll collaborate with housekeeping vendors, building maintenance teams, and internal departments to transform spaces into exceptional temporary homes.To be successful in this role, you should have a strong knowledge of the Boston and Cambridge areas and will include operating a company vehicle to travelto and from multiple company work sites throughout the day.

Conduct thorough cleanliness inspections and ensure furniture placement according to Furnished Quarters' Design and Housekeeping Standard Operating Procedures
Work with housekeeping vendors to maintain cleanliness standards, inspecting their work and reporting any deficiencies
Conduct inventory of warehouse supplies and guest amenities, maintaining appropriate par levels
Build and maintain positive relationships with building staff (superintendents, maintenance teams, concierge, door attendants)
Participate in the rotational after-hours, weekend/overnight on-call program for guest emergencies
High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
1-2 years of housekeeping or operations experience in the hospitality industry
A professional appearance and friendly, service-oriented attitude
The role requires sitting, standing, walking, and using a computer for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation
Hourly rate based on experience.
