Responsibilities

• Create a guest-obsessed culture that prioritizes the guest experience and store sales goals.
• Anticipate staffing needs and recruit for long and short term needs.
• Manage leaders, training completion, and ongoing education.
• Engage in development conversations with Team leaders throughout touchpoints.
• Recognize and reward performance to reinforce guest service behaviors.
• Establish accountability through clear expectations and coaching.
• Understand business reporting and guest insights to identify opportunities.
• Address negative guest experiences and de-escalate when needed.
• Create a scheduling plan with Team Leaders based on workload and traffic.
• Plan and follow up on organizational and operational change.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
• Follow safe processes as a key carrier.
• Address store needs (emergency, regulatory visits, etc.).
• Handle other duties as needed.
